PACE is proud to announce the completion of its factory expansion! The facility enhancements will improve efficiency, and also help ensure optimal capacity. Our new 6 story building, located in the PACE factory compound in Heshan, China, houses many improvements including:
- Onsite SMT assembly
- Expanded (nearly triple) RoHS compliant manufacturing space
- New loading docks
- Dedicated area for lighting and ballast products with burn-in racks for 90-minute testing
- Lighting products engineering lab for LED product development
- Extra storage for proper storage of components and finished goods
- In house molding and over-molding capability
- Dedicated production skills training room
- Centralized IPQC office and Ongoing Reliability Testing lab
- 17 injection molding machines
- Over molding capability

PACELites goes Green – Ultrasonic Occupancy Sensor
Reliable ultrasonic technology provides energy saving lighting control based on motion rather than line of sight.
